We are in the midst of a fundamental review of the technology infrastructure for The National Gallery.
The Technology Review project is a major component of the planning for National Gallery’s New Digital Services programme (NDS).
The National Gallery wants to completely overhaul its digital experience and online content and has developed a new digital strategy. The NDS programme sets out the steps to deliver this ambitious strategy.
Following a competitive tender process, Intelligent Heritage was selected to work with the National Gallery and National Gallery Company staff to investigate the current infrastructure, make detailed recommendations for change to support the new digital strategy.
The review covers a wide range of systems and services:
- collections, archives & library management
- event & exhibition ticketing
- digital content management
- digital asset management
- trading (in gallery and online)
- customer relationship management
- digital marketing
