Intelligent Heritage were the overall technology consultants to the Wedgwood Museum. We provided a wide range of services relating the the new museum building project (£10 million HLF funding).
Following selection through a formal tender process, we undertook a major review of the current and proposed ICT systems and developed a new ICT strategy which formed the basis of procurement for systems in the new museum.
Intelligent Heritage wrote the tender documents and managed the formal procurement of all ICT systems and services for the new museum (with a budget of over £1 million) including the new website, ticketing system and the gallery interactives.
We were also responsible for delivering Digital Wedgwood – a suite of interactive and eLearning programs available in the new galleries, online and in the museum’s new education suite. We worked with the museum to conceive the range of interactive systems, developed the statement of requirements and appointed the software suppliers.
